Alterations
Alterations to the advertisement as originally ordered will be chargeable as per The Publishers published scale of charges for alterations prevailing at the time the order for the alteration is placed by The Advertiser.

Artwork
The publisher accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to the advertisers artwork in whatever form which will be destroyed 60 days from first publication of the advertisement unless their return is specifically requested and a stamped, addressed envelope provided by the advertiser for the purope.

Cancellation Before Publication
Cancellations shall be accepted prior to publication of advertisements on the site provided that such cancellation is notified to us in writing before publication or by means of facsimile or email and confirmed in writing within seven days of such electronic notification. In the event of such cancellation, the advertiser shall be liable to pay any charges for work carried out on the advertisement to the date of the notification of cancellation at the rates published on this site.

Cancellation After Publication
Cancellations shall be accepted after publication of advertisements on the site provided that such cancellation is notified to us in writing or by means of facsimile or email and confirmed in writing within seven days of such electronic notification. In the event of such cancellation, the advertiser shall be entitled to a refund of advertising charges pro-rata for each complete calendar month for which the advertisement would have been published had it not been cancelled less any charges for work carried out on the advertisement prior to publication and 25% (twenty-five per cent) of the charge for the agreed advertising period.

Classified Advertisements
The Publisher reserves the right to decide the correct classification of any advertisement at its sole discretion.

Copyright
The publishers of the site reserve copyright to any graphic image including but not exclusively banners, animated gifs or video clips which are published on the site. Other reproduction of such images is expressly forbidden irrespective of whom holds the copyright in the original work. The submission of any material for advertisement purposes shall be deemed to imply ownership to the copyright and acknowledgement of an acceptance by the advertiser of all the conditions contained herein.

Errors
In the event of an error or omission in an advertisement or part of an advertisement materially detracts from the advertisement The Publisher will either (at its own discretion) correct the advertisement and reasonably extend the advertising period or make a rerasonable refund or adjustment to the price paid for insertion of the advertisement. In no circumstances shall the total liability of The Publisher for any error or omisssion in the advertisement exceed the amount of a full refund of any price paid to The Publisher for the particular advertisement in connection with which liability arose. Alterations made to the advertisement at The Advertisers request after the 14-day proofing period (see below) will be chargeable as per The Publishers scale of charges for alterations published at the time of the alteration.

Non Publication
The Publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage occassioned by any total or partial failure (however caused) of publication of the advertisement or lack of availability (however caused) of the of the web-site in which it is scheduled to appear.

Proofing
Every reasonable effort is made by The Publisher to avoid errors and ommissions in advertisements but mistakes DO occur. The Advertiser shall check its advertisement on-line as published and advise The Publisher of any errors and/or ommissions within 14 (fourteen) days of the publication of the advertisement which will be corrected by The Publisher as detailed in 'Errors' above. Errors or omissions notified to The Publisher after this period will be chargeable to The Advertiser as Alterations.

Refusal
The Publisher reserves the right to to decline any copy or artwork of which it does not approve, or to make any alterations it deems necessary to ensure conformity with the standards of its publications.

Renewal
The placing of an advertisement shall in no circumstances confirm the advertisers right to renew it on the same or similar terms. Renewals shall be subject to the Publishers conditions, contract terms and scale of charges prevailing at the time of renewal.

Special Positions
In the unlikely event that an advertisement in a special position has to be moved for any reason, the advertisement shall be charged at the rate relevant to the new position.

Trade Description
Submission of an advertisement for publication on the site shall be deemed to imply that the material supplied complies with the requirements of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.

Variations
These Conditions of Acceptance of Advertisements are the only conditions on which advertisements will be accepted by The Publisher and The Adsvertiser shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions in their entirety by the placing of an advertisement. No printed conditions on orders or other variations to these conditions contained therein will be considered binding unless previously confirmed in writing by a principal partner of The Publisher.
