being to be instituted to the to the Rectory of the Parish Church of Ryme otherwise Ryme Intrinseca - in the County of Dorset and peculiar Jursidiction of the Dean of Sarum Do this twentysecond day of January 1793__ freely and willingly assent to and subsribe to the Thirty nine Articles of Religion agreed to and established in the Synod held at London in the year 1562 And also to the three Articles contained and [[]] in the Thirty Sixth Canon of the Ecclesiastical Canons made in the year 1603. And also to that part in the Declaration in the Act of Uniformity of public Prayer now___ remaining in force, that is to say "I do declare that i will conform to the Liturgy of the Church of England as it is now by Law established"___
